Most applications consist of 3 parts:

  • General Information (10430),
  • Preliminary Information (10430[x]), and
  • Section (10430[x].[#])   
Below is an outline of what projects are eligible and their corresponding application forms. Clarification of eligibility is given on the “Instructions” page of the Preliminary Information form. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until funds are exhausted, and may be submitted by e-mail, mail, or fax.
