In addition to in-depth sessions on Texas legislative regarding energy efficiency; Growth in the sustainable energy workforce; Building codes; The future of the Texas grid system, and many more sessions, there will also be a tour of the Carl J. Eckhardt Combined Heating and Power Complex on 9/18 from 9:30 am – 11:30 am. UT has one of the largest campus microgrids in the country and generates 100% of the university’s electricity, heating, and cooling.
