Eligible alternative fuels for the AFFP include biodiesel; hydrogen; methanol; natural gas; propane; and electricity.

DESCRIPTION:Please join Mayor Turner and friends on National Bike to Work Day\, Friday\, May 20\, 2016\, for a fun\, Celebratory Bike Ride in and around Downtown Houston. Come explore existing bikeways including the City’s famous off-street trail network and Houston’s first two-way separated Cycle Track>Protected Bike Lane known as the green mile! Find information about the many bike events happening in May HERE. \nFestivities begin between 6:45- 7:00 am in front of City Hall at Hermann Square (901 Bagby Street) with registration\, vendors\, music and food. Riders will register\, visit vendor’s booth\, and get instructions on the route as well as safety tips. Bike vendors will also be on site to provide bike tune-ups. The ride will begin to rollout at 7:25 am and all riders will be en route by 7:30 am. Houston Police Department and volunteer bike wranglers will lead participants along the ride.CLICK HERE to learn more about the route. \nWant to ride from your house?  Join a BikeHouston ride train.  Ride trains will be meeting up with the Celebratory Bike Ride at smaller stared location highlighted on the route map.
