DESCRIPTION:This will be a half-day event\, with the first part focused on discussing actionable steps to support the residential deployment of DERs\, including technologies such as smart thermostats\, rooftop solar\, home batteries\, and electric vehicles. The second half of the day will focus on how to support aggregations of DERs (also known as ADERs or VPPs) to enhance grid resilience. \nThis event will provide an excellent opportunity to connect with other local government staff working on similar initiatives.

DESCRIPTION:The Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 has extended the $0.50/Gallon Natural Gas/Propane Federal Motor Fuel Tax Credit through December 31\, 2024.  If you own natural gas or propane: vehicles and/or forklifts and fuel at your refueling site\, you are eligible to claim the credit. This includes public fleets\, non-profits\, and private companies.
